Intro:
Hi, my name is ShadowLiran, but I am more commonly known as shadow, or Liran. I joined meepcraft September 2012, and now 15 months later, I am still here. Because of my time spent on meep, I have become incredibly familiar with the commands and rules. If accepted as a helper, having the "experienced factor" will definitely play a key role in what helps me excel in the position. What made me want to become a helper was that one day while I was helping someone I thought to myself that there must be a better way to help people, and it immediately popped into my head that become a helper was the perfect way to be more beneficial when helping people within the community.

Why?

My experience:
Within these 15 months of playing on meep I have encountered just about everything there is to encounter. Whether it's as small as just a kick for spam, to something as severe as perm banning for major towny grief. In the old days, I would even have seen stuff like "lava'd spawn", so I can safely assume I've seen it all. I am also incredibly familiar with just about every towny command within my range of perms. I am always able to help when someone has a question whether it has to do with commands, warps, or even just the basic principal of meepcraft.

In game activity:
My in game activity is very flexible, ranging from a short 1 hour a day, to a 4 hour duration at once. I do try my best to be most active when the player count peaks for the day, that way while I'm answering one persons question, and someone else has the same question, they won't need to ask it again and have the potential risk of the person helping them to be incorrect. As all normal people are, I tend to be a lot more active on weekends. Very occasionally will I be online for less than 2 hours on a weekend, but sometimes I have school work to attend, so that cuts in the way of me playing.

Forum activity:
To say the least, my forum activity is not the best. I have not been as active as I would like to have been, but I have been working on bumping up my activity. I try to keep all my posts as constructive and knowledgable as I can to really get people thinking rather than to post a bunch of meaningless things that have nothing to do with contributing positively to the topic at hand. But, like everyone, I too am subjective to the idea of meaningless posts, so there are times when I like to let loose and not post the otherwise constructive stuff I generally do.

TeamSpeak activity:
I am on teamspeak almost whenever I am in game. I enjoy talking to people while playing so I don't have to stop and type every time I want to say something. I just mainly think it is a much more efficient way to communicate with others. I have also familiarized myself with the people on teamspeak and I talk to them frequently.

My work ethic:
No matter what task I have set out to complete, whether it is building on a plot in towny, or winning a match of halo, I see it through to the very end. Regardless of how long it takes, I persevere up until the point where I have completed my current task to my full extent. Because I love helping, there is no difficulty for me to be up to the task at hand. I am fully dedicated to helping others, even if it takes time away from me just being a normal player.

Loyalty:
I have stayed with this server through thick and thin. I have had some incidences that were so outright brutal that I couldn't even bare to think of it. But despite these certain bumps in the road, I have stayed loyal throughout my time, never committing a crime, and never attempting too. My loyalty to the server will assist me in the role of a helper because when answering a modreq, it is fairly simple to see if the person answering it is actually there to help, or just there cause they need to be, thus meaning that it won't be any sort of burden for me to handle and complete them.

Weaknesses:
-my forum activity isn't as good as I would like it to be.
-at times I can get very caught up playing, and might forget I have staff duties to complete as well.

Conclusion:
In conclusion, If accepted to be become a helper, I have no doubt that I would excel in the position, rising over the expectations of others. With my experience and dedication towards the server, I will no doubt I will be able to succeed with any challenge I might come face to.
