Does anyone else think poppy is OP and doesn't need a rework. Here'r my proof, she can win 4v5, 5v,5,3v5,2v4,1v5

She isn't getting a rework because she is weak. She is getting a rework because her kit is outdated and Riot are trying their best to improve all of the older champion kits to make them more unique and fitting for the 2016 season. Although she is probably one of the few champions who can easily carry a game once she gets 2 or 3 items, she just wasn't relevant in the fact that she had a low play rate and was never seen in professional matches. I agree that she was pretty overpowered once the game got to the 30 minute mark, as she was able to dive 1v5, even under towers and take one or two people out, because of her ultimate and her EQ combo (with triforce), she was able to do crazy amounts of burst, whilst also having a decent amount of sustain damage considering those abilities had a fairly low cooldown. Her new kit actually looks fun to both play and play against. I believe her new kit is much better than ones like Darius and Mordekaiser as it looks like their is a lot of counterplay. Although her new strength will all depend on her ratios which will continue to be changed until she is in a decent spot.
