Bad with decisions - I stood true to what I thought and said, this was not a snap decision. You of all people know things add up.
more often sooner rather than later a lack of a decision is a bad decision. I made mine and however I was not wrong for the reasons I did it. The only negative is that I was not ready to leave staff and its not something I wanted.
Granted there was other ways to go around what happened but due to things said and the responses I received when I questioned them at the time it seemed incorrect. (later resolved by onis)

You always put your staff work first and you did everything thoroughly and you worked hard. I'd love to see you back as staff. There's definitely something missing without you.

I completely understand your resigning and coming back, but it can't happen again. Honestly I think your reasons for leaving (anyone outside of staff really can't say that they were stupid as they don't know what happened) were legit. I love being staff and if I resigned I would regret it for the rest of time. In the past you were a jerk and you didn't care about the consequences toward people it had, but I think being staff changed that. I want you to stay a good person and not fall back and become your old self. I think staff is a good place to be for that.

That all said, you have to understand that the trust level in you went down quite a bit.
