Ahhhh.. Xe, my little buddy. I agree with BooBear on the "weaknesses" section of you application. There has to be something that you feel you need improved. Other than that, though, I see you helping a lot in game and feel that the quality of your work is awesome. I see modreqs as Diana has helped me understand, "Quality over quantity". That's how I feel about my modreqs, and as I have seen from you, I feel as if partly, this is how you work. As for your activity for /shout. You could work on becoming more social? I see you talking a lot, but mainly, it is simply to answer someone who has a question. This is great, however, I think you could throw a bit more into it and let the community know you a little better. You are a quick learner and I think you could do great if given the chance.
