Incentivize voting

We should give more incentives to vote. Perhaps increase the payout to 1,500 Meebles or make vote keys more frequent. This will only benefit the server, and it's not like the extra money injection will have an adverse effect on the economy. If anything, it will just encourage people to spend more, build more, etc.

More votes -> more players -> cycle

or increase chance to obtain vote key , because open a vote crate feels like gambling and gambling makes brain to release dopamine.

Strangely we upped vote keys by 10%. But iv not had one in a while so maybe by another 5%

We're also open to specific ideas about how to go about doing that or feedback on the current system, so if you have any ideas feel free to reply!

Wasn't there a point where the highest voter for the month got a rankup? Could do that but only for the lower ranks, maybe up to Elite
