Change the title of the Mayor in Towny Extreme

Towny Extreme has different rank names except for Mayor. It doesn't make sense if the highest position in a town is Mayor then the next one to it is General and Officer. It should be changed to somewhere around: King, Emperor, President, etcetera.

Just anything that could fit in the new theme of the towny ranks in extreme.

I feel like the general, officer, and engineer ranks should be moved to being nation ranks instead of towns
+1 for changing them like that but -1 for removing mayor
