This cant is your argument midnight. This is probably, and I swear I'm not exaggerating here, the dumbest argument I have ever seen on this forum. Seriously, this is like second-grader thinking, I am actually in awe a person who thinks this way is a supermod.
How do you not get the single most basic tenant of moderating? Adding new features is not going to affect how many people you ban. At the end of the day, people decide to want to get banned, and if someone wants to get banned, they will find some way to get banned. This feature is literally just an extension of chatting, it's another way for a player to say what they want. God forbid you give someone the power to say whatever they want.... oh wait, they already do. Shouting is a thing.
There are many reasons to not want /nick as a feature, but your argument is terrible. This is seriously the direct equivalent of a staff member shooting down the player hologram feature because it gives them more words to moderate, even though if a player wanted to say a naughty word, he would find an outlet to do so. Just think about it: Do you think to add a feature that is literally an extension of a feature everyone has will change your job in any meaningful way? People who are Ultimates spent a fortune on this server, they're not going to make their names the n-word. If they do, they would've just shouted it anyway - ban them, open and shut.
It's clear you're just saying things because you're a staff member and feel you need to defend the server blindly. You don't.
