What do you REALLY think of the new jobs revamp?

I'm creating this because I feel like a lot of people have a lot of thoughts, comments, feedback etc. on the new jobs revamp.
I just wanted to create a positive and constructive place to work out what could be done to potentially refine the jobs and push the server in the right direction.

unbalanced.

there 2-3 "make money quick" jobs which include digger as the main one. Other jobs are so-so while a few jobs lack lvl 50/100 perks and make significantly lower money although requiring more work.
please nerf and buff a few jobs so the underdog ones can actually pull decent money.
