-1 I honestly disagree with this tbh, part of what makes meep is its small, tight community. If each player has around 4 people ignored you'll have 1/5th you essentially cut out the same 1/5, Additionally, as a co-mayor in my town, at times I need to deliver important announcements and what good is that if people have me ignored. Also, some of our more immature Meepers will just mute everyone who disagrees with them. If you really want ignore to get rid of the toxicity just /modreq and staff will handle it.

Okay but this constant toxicity makes people not want to be part of the community. I'm tired of seeing the constant bickering and people throwing around the n word. As for the /modreq, the staff are being extremely lax about chat rules with the harshest punishment I've seen yet being a 15 minute mute. I can kind of understand this as they are probably scared of alienating the small playerbase but this can be damaging when a new player joins and sees people constantly bashing the server/staff unnecessarily or saying things like the n word. As for town announcements, use signs, books, or ask someone else to make the announcement. As for the immature meepers, this is actually a good thing as it would reduce the amount of toxicity and fighting. No need to constantly engage with some on a video game if you can't have some level of decency.
+/- honestly it should exist but Adrian has a point. I’m not really sure where I stand on this, maybe make the /ignore feature last one hour so you have to reconsider instead of simply forgetting they exist?

I think the time limit is a great idea if it is possible to implement. The only thing I would suggest is to bump it up a couple hours.
