Media Application from CasualNuker

I respect your opinions but under circumstances for applying for staff. I believe that if you have had nothing major in the last month to two years then the introduction section will always stay the same as it has done with my applications. And yes I do reword them every time to fit the new application or add a few difffrent things. I never copy and paste my introduction of why section of my applications.

There's nothing wrong with posting on your application so long as you don't cause an argument or kick yourself down for the sake of being pitied on,

I understand what you're trying to say but it doesn't hurt to let us know what you're doing outside of Meep, any projects that you're currently doing in game, the introduction section isn't really meant to be strict, it's just so people who haven't heard much about you can learn a little more about you and the things you do outside of the server, basically learn who you are as a person if they haven't had the opportunity to strike up a conversation with you in game.

I can see you're trying hard, and I respect your loyalty to keep up these applications, but it seems that you don't update some things and you just rearrange words, people need to know exacts to have a vote for you, and I still haven't seen improvement on your application considering others on other applications have told you some things to do, respect the opinions and find your own little 'twist' to incorporate that opinion into a Nuker styled application.

Changed my vote to a -/+ because I can see how hard you're trying and the dedication you have shown for this position

Meznik I agree with you that he really shouldn't have commented on any of these posts for the application. None of this is working in his favor, yet he continues to do it despite people like you repeatedly telling him not to on multiple applications.
This makes me think of what it would be like if staff gave him a direct instruction or order and he just had the "screw it I know what I'm doing" attitude and did what he wanted anyway. Lack of a willingness to listen first and speak later is not a characteristic that I think should be on the staff team in any capacity.
It's instances like this that show people the lack of maturity that leads to the -1 vote, but that's just my opinion.

I understand that you wish me to stop. But in the case of a staff member telling me what the project is I would prombtly obey and start work ASAP. There would be no delay on anything I would try to fulfill the job in a reasonable timeframe.

Its literally one screenshot thats so dark you can't see anything with generic text in obnoxiously bright colors compared to the main image, in a generic font.

Tbh I’ve been purposely getting under Nuker’s skin, I’m not saying that I’m right and I’m not saying that his response is/is not staff worthy, I’m just saying that he isn’t being hostile for no reason.

The point is not the leading up to it, it's how he responded that's been taken into effect, He responds hostile to anything negative thrown at him it seems
