Ban Appeal Changes

Ok first for add a under review tag like this [Under Review] 2nd remove the ability to report the appeal since that can maybe get annoying for you staff members. Also turn the pending area into Charge Backs. Thanks for reading hope you consider my few slight changes

appeals are fine as it is staff should devote time to fix kitpvp not edit ban appeals

these are changes that wouldn't even make a change at all and aren't needed, and like viper said they could be spending time on more important things

Denied, under review is already a thing and the other changes are unneeded.
