We should never deny potential staff because we have other good staff.
We don't know why @KyloMeep resigned and why they feel they are now again ready to be a staff member. Since there is no training needed, we don't lose anything by allowing someone to be staff who may only hold the position for a short time (not that @KyloMeep will be) so what even could be a problem then with having a staff member who once resigned?
