Hey guys. As you can tell from the title, I am trying to build a miner to mine Monero. This will be my first time building a computer and my first time building a cryptocurrency miner. I found out which GPUs I will use, they mine at 2995 H/s and it uses 80 watts.
Here is a list of the components I will need. I think I found a good motherboard to go with it but I don't know what is compatible and such. If anyone can suggest the parts that I can use that will work well for it I would be very appreciative. My soft limit (budget) is $800 and the hard limit (max I can spend) is $1,000. The $800 would not be including a GPU but the $1,000 would have to include at least 1 GPU. Also, I am planning on using a max of 6 GPUs. I was also wondering if it would be better to use Windows or Linux.
