Hello, it is I, MasterReefa. I need funding for a project. This project is called Entertainment Hub and it will bring a large revenue stream to all who invest.
I will be creating a large structure containing the following businesses:
- casino with multiple games
- personal storage area
- redstone shop
- market area for third party vendors
- ice boat racing arena
- fishing area
I need funding for this large project. Investors will receive money according to the following table
which describes possible investment amounts and the dates on which they will be paid back.

Money will be spent on these resources:
- a TOWN! this is obvious, it is where the entire environment will be created
- land for the town
- a few pwarps, these are needed to ensure that people can quickly access the many areas of the entertainment hub
- builders, to create the structures
- material for the builders
- a cushion for pwarp expenses and town tax
The total amount of funding I need is 500k. I will take investments until I reach that amount of funding.
