if u turn the role of admin/other staff into a job they will come to hate it i imagine - right now with it being a volunteer job it brings in people with passion for helping the server instead of doing it because they want money
not really gonna read the rest but thats what i have to say about paying the staff

While this is true, it wouldn't be enough pay to really be a solid reason to put a lot of time into staffing meep. That's why it would almost purely be for admins and techs and archs because they do a lot of behind the scenes to keep meep going. It isn't a crap ton of fun in the first place and that's why we have so many backed up bug fixes and such

n relation with that you have so many staff members that are very inactive and do ABSOLUTELY nothing for meep honestly. I know it isn't the easiest or probably your favorite thing to do but, I recommend a Staff Cleaning. Basically take all the staff members that have been offline for over 25 Days or so and didn't file for vacation or tell anyone, and Demote them. This avoids senseless paying to high staff who no longer Play and clear out space for people would might actually deserve the position. Another way you might go about this same sorta process is, simply not paying someone. If you don't want to demote someone then do it like this; If the said person hasn't been online for 10+ days since the rank purchase then they don't get their cut and you just save money by not paying the inactive staff members.

I don't see the issue here. You do understand almost half the staff just isnt online ever or hardly ever but they also aren't getting demoted when they are higher ranks

When was the last time youve seen Cooleysworld, Midnight_Galaxy, or like half of the mods we have actually on? The Tech can be excused because their work is outside of the server so they dont need a big presents; however, we have a lot of staffmemebers who are simply just never on. Did you know more than half of our Tech team isn't even tech anymore but they havent been demoted? the only person who isnt Lord is Energy. Jaden and DBL arent even tech anymore but they are listed as so in meep's staffing.

I didn’t bother to read it, there’s no point. What makes you think, after 4 years of suggestions for meepcraft to become alive again, from people who have been here since the beginning, you out of all people know how to make a difference?

Minecraft is not as popular as it used to be and we’re blacklisted. Doing the math, that’s what has affected our server quality and quantity.

Idk about longer than you but i have been playing meep for over 6 years. But minecraft is not going down in popularity in large margins. The biggest issue is that fact there are so many servers out there now that people are so very spread out.

Fuzzlr makes a good amount of money to keep it running from stuff like ranks, and I know that they want to come on as we speak, who doesn't want to work full time and just play meep?

Obv... but he only has to pay a bit out of his own profit. I run a complete non-profit server and I dont pay anything, and they don't. Its something we like to do on our extra time. I also want to say that Fuzzlr makes a good amount of money, but he would make more if he added another rank or two, and maybe some more extras, like $10 for a prestige in halo. (Ik thats overpriced but people are dumb these days and would spend a lot on useless stuff that they could get in ONE DAY easily...
