Well, you should probably start by producing Youtube videos on your own. I'm certain the staff team would love to have you on the media team but you have to first show your abilities. Start creating some videos about Meepcraft or of you playing Meepcraft and upload them to Youtube. Once you have a decent number of videos and a fairly good upload schedule you can then focus on requesting the staff position.
