report yourself with an attached image of unnaceptable nature (classiest is gore but alternatives exist) and you'll get a quick, easy forums wipe!

I would but some reason the account got banned after posting this thread.
This isn't a complex issue. They don't delete it cause if you come back and troll they have records.

What could they possibly need records for? If someone's trolling they'll just get banned anyways, not sure what old posts on another account have to do with it. And obviously you don't always feel the need to keep records, as this innexer guy got his account wiped. His offense was a lot more severe than the (I think 6) warning points I had accrued on my Dat_Coffee profile, so why does he get to have a full account wipe but I can't because you need "records"?

I believe the EU has a "right to be forgotten" policy that allows people to submit requests to have content involving them and containing identifying details removed from websites. The Dat_Coffee account has a (terrible) staff application with my real name in it I believe , so that law would apply.
I really don't think deleting my account is a lot to ask, I know multiple people have definitely had it done in the past.
