The issue I want fixed is the massive walls of texts, not really frequency

I don't know why this was not fixed yet? It only takes 9 seconds to change the text size field from 120 to 60 and bam... on next plugin reload or server reboot it will take effect. But meh... what does stupid old dumb idiot hornemans know about anything.

*Edit - Also... has NOTHING do to with using the excuse about waiting for the API update!

Perhaps those who have access to those settings have other things to do that take priority? I understand that its a simple implementation but it doesn't mean staff feel they should work on it first.

I understand Priorities, but if they seriously can't "spare" 9 seconds to actually "show some progress" on stuff... perhaps they need to focus on their "customer service" as priority #1 instead.

There is no reason to fix something two times in a row when it can be done twice. The fact that the chat systems are being worked on in the API that is near implementation means it would be a waste of time to fix this one thing with the chat system now. It may be quick to fix, but there's not much point to fixing it if the problem is about to be fixed by the API anyways.

But it's not about to be fixed by the API, it'll probably be months before that's done.

Yeah, it's probably going to take a while--I'd give the API a month to month and a half to be finished. Even though the API will take a while, in the eyes of staff it's being implemented too soon and adding the suggested chat features is so low of an immediate priority that they feel the API should be finished first.

from what I understand, the API has been ready to implement for months now, Lord just has not had the time to implement it as it is a very hands on process.

I meant that they'd have the API tested and implemented in that time. I knew that they finished the initial work, but they need to test and implement fixes to any bugs.
