/pwarp list (name)

This one is pretty simple. Add a player name option on the /pwarp list command. Currently, we can only use this command on ourselves. Adding this would allow us to use the command on other players. This is great if you know the owner of a pwarp but not the name of the pwarp itself.

ex. /pwarp list petiteunit

This sounds nice. There already is an accepted suggestion to add a pwarp list but it would be nice to add this feature onto it at the same time.
