so what you are telling me is that
A: not one person submitted a picture for the cover
or
B: you got submissions but felt that an npc in spawn (that I don't think does anything except maybe a quest) was a better choice.

No, not one person submitted a picture, and hasn't sent one to me in months. The only recent one was Pixel's which was sent to Court.
