When we made the Media group, it was basically a group of people with special perms to make videos they love. We dont ask them to be creative, thats their job.

Speaking as someone that's rather involved with creative people and stuff
That's like the worst thing you can do to someone you've hired to make stuff
like yeah if you hire a logo designer and you give them creative freedom for part of it they will love you, but you should still have at the very least an idea of what you want your logo to be, otherwise you wont get anywhere
I dont really have anything else to say, just thats not really a good thing for the medias
