Some lag is from ghost blocks but I don't know anything about the other lag.

yeah easily ghost blocks, especially common when using super breaker, as said above re-loading the chunks works, happens on a lot of servers, not just meep

Also Haste beacons and Eff V picks will cause it, use to happen all the time when i played. Re-logging will work, sometimes that can be faster than switching servers in game if you’re lagging.
