Hornemans has been unbanned. After numerous violations regarding alt abuse, he has miraculously returned.

Thanks for the gracious welcome back! I appreciate all of you and your support during this hard time for me. I want all to know I am doing well and will be getting back into full swing of things soon enough.
All of the staff have refused to talk about the situation.
~ @ekjhgekuie
Staff, don't talk about any bans, did you expect anything different? Contrary to popular belief, Hornemans is not that special.
Recognize... ...that he has injected more meebles in to the economy than Viperfan17 who remains banned for another form of cheating meebles in to the economy.
~ @ekjhgekuie
Viperfan (and group) was doing something very different and nothing even close to being similar.
The only way he could of gotten unbanned without an appeal is because he actually didn't do anything wrong. . .
~ @alex77034
or because he's a cousin of someone important, or because he's a girlfriend of someone important, or because he's a dad of someone important, or because he's is someone important himself, or because he owns the server, or because he's got mad monies, or because he's got mad charm, or because he's crazy smart, or... I hope you get the idea.
I have read the updated rules. Nowhere does it say why Hornemans was unbanned.
~ @ekjhgekuie
Yes it does, Global rules, Section #4 is newly added and clarifies now that basically, ANY use of alts working together is bannable. Before it just said you could not pay your main account, which Hornemans was not, All alt money stayed on an alt account (actually it's in the ground in a chest all 10 million of it), so it was not breaking the rules as Hornemans did not have the "alt monies". This has since been clarified and Hornemans now will follow the guidance given and follow the rules as they were described to him.
Also, transferring money between alternate accounts has been illegal for a while, so ??
~ @alex77034
Hornemans was not doing this, yes there were logs between accounts but it is the equivalent of buying an item from another person.
So you change a rule so you can unban a player
~ @Summers
The rules were changed to make it more clear, and thus can not truly punish someone for something that was not clearly outlined. The rule I was accused of breaking "no unfair alt advantage" is so vague it can be interpreted by any staff for any reason and be used to ban a person (which is was happened) it was discussed by all staff and even Fuzzlr himself got involved, and they made a decision (updated the rules) and unban me. I hope this clears up any rumors or untrue stores people are making up. Thanks.
