Minor but Helpful Suggestion

I suggest that people should be able to create a sort of "community chest" - a separate balance. Anybody could pay money to the balance but only the creator could withdraw the cashmoneyz.

This would be very helpful for collecting money for projects, charities, etc. as well as improving organization for such things.

While I'm not sure how practical this is in terms of code and stuff, I know that towns have their own bals on /baltop and maybe this is similar?

If you want donations just ask them to /pay you or deposit into a town bank.

I sense where you are going here and I like it, It would help loan payers be able to have a easyer way to pay back a loan but messing with the towny plugin is like activating a nukeler bomb in NYC, Editing it is always a disaster
