i'm not going to judge you on maturity or anything because i don't play so i don't know you. but i will point out some things that most people haven't in this application: the videos
first of all, based on the date that those two video were uploaded... you really rushed them? were you excited to apply or something so you rushed to get it ready as soon as possible? the videos were both uploaded on the same day, and i'm going to take a guess but i doubt that you spent more than a day on each of them either...
let's talk about the first video. there is one major issue that is there for the whole thing. that would be the camera. it's moving. constantly. like, way too much. there is pretty much never a moment where the camera isn't moving. the video should be showing off the spawn, but you can't see it because of the camera moving so much.
your choices of where to record were also quite bad. there was like, 6 or 7 whole seconds where you were just showing some waterfall on the mountains of the spawn. (while the camera was moving up and down as well)
another thing with your first video is that the music doesn't sync up with anything. you recorded some shots of spawn and then put them together in an editor and then slapped some song on it. it's not a bad song, but you could've done your jump cuts to sync up with the music. for example a buildup to a beat drop or something - show some shots from a high point while moving very slowly, and then suddenly the beat drops and you're showing off some epic action in the terrarium or mob arena.
tl;dr camera moving too much, bad choices of places to show off, music not synced to video at all
now, the second video is pretty much the same thing. camera moves too much, music was just tossed in there. but there is one difference. it's supposed to be about halo, not the halo spawn(i think?) - remove the video title. what is the video about now? i would guess that it's just showing off some build for a server spawn. the only reason i know it's halo is because you said so in the title. where is the actual halo gameplay? ask for permission to have spectator mode/fly enabled from an admin and have some people get in a game and show off the gameplay. show off the shooting and the fighting and the action !!!
also the music isn't the same length as the video so it cuts off. i see you tried to make it fade but it's really obvious because it's right in the middle of a buildup to some kind of drop that it cuts off.
ALSO, in the halo video there is some weird field of view warping going on the middle of the screen while the camera is moving(so, almost all the time)
i hope you can take this wall of text and use it to improve your videos! good luck, but it's a -1 from me
EDIT1: i saw someone mention the replay mod. absolutely do that if you can't get fly permissions from an admin. excellent mod for recording
EDIT2: also your intro is a bit obnoxious. to be honest, just remove it. it's just ur name bouncing around the screen for a few seconds with some music.
EDIT3: i agree you need more time than 5 days thats not enough time. give this man more time!
