I didn’t fully understand what crossfit was (lol).
After a quick Google, it seems like something which requires fancy equipment and body builders, though if all you want is to stay healthy and look good, just plan a workout and stick to it.
If all you want is to train your cardiovascular and pure muscle strenght, just setup a course like this one and stick to it, no need for a gym subscription or fancy equipment. This one has majorly increased my cardiovascular capacity.
Start with a two kilometer run, 10x5 push ups (elbows lined up with upper body, not perpendicular in order to train biceps) seperated by 1 minute intervals, and finally 50 sit-ups.
