Adratopia villagers

A week or two ago most of my towns villagers disappeared during a maintenance break. After getting staff like OKNEM and oKling on the case, it was determined that the villagers disappeared during a server break and that it was not anyones fault. We lost around 12 of our 16 villagers. If compensation is available that would be great!

Normally we don't refund for server side issues I do apologize that there isn't much we can do and I do apologize that nobody has responded to your request in over two weeks. If there is anything I can do to make the situation a little bit better so we can close the request let me know! :)

I'm probably not supposed to comment on these but around half the villagers on the server dissapeared, not just yours. Overall I'd estimate 5 mil in villiagers just vanished. Probably 80 players were affected. Just gotta live with it and hope none were too valuable. (I've never been to adratopia so I doubt they were hyper rare god librarians)
