Mod issued bans
Players who receive a kick should lose around 2% of their total bal.
Players who receive a temp ban for a day or less 5%
Players who receive a temp ban of 2-4 days 10% of their total bal.
Players who receive a week ban, 20% of ball.
Perm banned players that can appeal: 80% of their bal.
Reason: This could fix the economy and reduce the amount of overall cash In meep's economy while encouraging positive behaviour.
A player could also be given the option for bail. I.e. pay 40% of their earnings(if 200k or more) or 60%(if 199k or less) or 90%(if 50k or less) or face a 1 week ban.
town penalties
Allow towns to enforce penalties for the infringement of rules. A max of 50k in fines can apply for mild offences. Anything over that will have to be justified by the worth of items griefed.
