Ummm... let's get into this.
First off, these should all be separate, as stated in the rules.
1. Though shout tax could be messed with slightly, the tax is little, requires 3 posts in a row, and usually isn't much of a nuisance. I would prefer a warning on the message before you get taxed, but that's a different suggestion all together.
2. Using diamonds for shout tax would not work. It doesn't make sense as not everyone carries diamonds with them constantly.
3. The idea for an exponentional function for the jobs plugin sounds great, but is extra effort which may not be worth the developer's time right now. I like the idea and don't think it'd take a ton of work, but I doubt the suggestion will be accepted :(.
4. The points are used to keep track of how far you are in the jobs system so you can be given more meebles for tasks in jobs you've done a lot. They shouldn't have an alternate use as suggested.
5. Redstoning job sounds cool, but easily exploitable. The farming job is done through sell signs instead of the plugin because crops can be broken instantly. Redstone can be broken instantly which means even if the same trick of making certain blocks cost money to place, two players could abuse the system by having one player place redstone components and the other break those same components.
6. I don't know about buying special enchantments. It sounds cool but I need to think first about the economic effects. Currently, I'm against this idea. For one thing, protection IV is already extremely powerful, wouldn't V and VI be too much? I believe mending was also blocked on the server to keep players buying enchanted items.
7. Villager eggs sound nice. I don't think there really needs to be a plugin for specific occupations, but it sounds nice.
8. I'm going to give a big no to special advertisements, specifically here the holograms and Meepcraft announcements. Competition would make them annoying and they don't really do much more for players wanting to advertise than the current systems offer.
9. I'm also against the custom item naming and special enchanting. Those types of items are usually pretty cool collector pieces and would lose that ability with this. There's some point to it, but the naming is complicated and enchanting random objects will just not provide much for the time to implement it as a feature.
10. The idea for a special item (in this case Cleopatra' brick) is fine with me. I think the idea should be less of this being the end all item and more that the shop should offer more special items instead of just having the special be a sell area for diamonds.
11. The grappling hook suggestion is a good one. I don't know if they work in other plots, so I'll let others decide on this one.
12. I believe you can already see all the pwarps you own. I think the command is "/pwarp list" but I never needed it, so I'm not certain.
13. You get the bonus when you go in spawn because that's where all the free money actions are. The "I love Meepcraft" signs are there and you have to be in spawn while voting to receive vote rewards. It's tradition and doesn't hurt you to follow.
14. Supply crates are supposed to be hard to find, so they shouldn't have a beacon at them.
15. It would be nice to vote from anywhere, but I think some of the requirement to vote only in spawn stems from tradition. Also, the requirement provides that players will usually be at spawn to help new players if do needed.
16. Supply crate needs a large buff, that is true.
17. The v-shop limit doesn't really need to be increased. If sell 50,000 of an item from the time of getting off and getting back on again then you need to sell that item for far more.
18. The prize will remain an endermite spawner because endermites only drop xp and don't hide in blocks.
19. All items in the shop are overpriced because you're only meant to use those items as a last resort. If you depend on an item at "/warp shop" because it's cheaper than alternatives then you should find a way to start selling that item instead. If there's a lack of a market, there's room for you to create that market.
20. I don't understand the need for a base value of certain ores. Few items have a base value and those area very small.
21. I agree that voting has become a little too powerful for earning money but I don't believe automation has. It's easy to blame, but automation isn't the main input into the economy.
Please don't ever make such a long suggestion list again.
