so Ux was unbanned and he messaged me in game and later on discord asking if I would be willing to post a refund for him (I guess he doesn't know how to make a forums acc or doesn't want to bother??)
His request is as follows,
"Hi staff, after recently being unbanned (as of today) I realized that I had lost most of my items.
The reason I am making this appeal is due to me being falsely banned. I was unbanned out of pity of not receiving a response in over a month, yet I didn't even have a clue of what I did. I'm not angry about my ban, I would just like a refund or compensation for the items I had lost due to this:
my town - 2k upkeep a day with 9k in the bank.
Meebles - I have no clue, it was most likely 100k-200k due to me saving up for exclusive.
Nutcracker special event pickaxe - this is the most important item on my list. I had spent over 12 hours grinding at the event for this item! I don't have proof of me owning it, but circa the time of my ban, you could see I had dug tunnels thousands of blocks deep very quickly - it could not have been done without the Nutcracker.
Embassy plot in Alexxx's town - I had well over a double chest of emeralds in it along with miscellaneous items. I am pretty sure he had taken the plot from me which is against the rules: 'Players with a Perm ban - If a player has been permanently banned. You must wait for an admin to review the plots before you can take them back. If the ban is reduced to a tempban, you must give them a 7 day warning after the ban was expired. If the player is unbanned, you must give them a 7 day warning.'
I had not received a warning on Discord nor through any other mean. I do not believe an admin would have reviewed my plots if they didn't review my ban appeal :/
I might have only been premium, but I truly put effort into my town and earning my items, it is devastating to see them taken away after an unfortunate ban when I haven't broken a rule. If anyone here has ever been wiped, they know how horrible it is to come back to nothing, I wouldn't be able to do it again.

Edit: Compensation for the items lost would amount to a lost 113k meebles in emeralds (59 stacks for 30 meebles each) and 105k in shulker boxes (~30 for 3,500 meebles each)
