Hey all,
I am currently working towards the goal of owning a town. But I am flat broke and so after getting the idea from my friend Twomoo I thought I would offer up the chance for you to buy investments in the town. For every payment of 3k towards the Town's bank you will receive 1% ownership. I hope that we all can work together to make Iacon a great city.

As Moo says that is not a fair price for 5%. The price is as it stands for a reason. I'd be happy to give you 1% for 3K if you want that but unless your wanting to pay full price I cannot accept 5K for 5%.

Sorry I'm not trying to be rude or a jerk but I cannot haggle on the price for percent. I hope you understand.

How do you estimate your town at 300k? If someone buys 51% can they just empty your bank and sell the town (largest shareholder)? Confused

You can't sell more than 49% to keep it as "your" town

Yeah, I could drop 2.5k a % on Moo because he had a history with multiple successful towns. You, (Plok), however have no experience, no influence, and have no idea how this server eco works. A town worth 300k is near impossible to reach by residents, and you could cheat shareholders by having your money in your balance.
