Bug: Maps keep chaning to random places

Date of Bug: Past week, currently 12th of Jan
Summary of Bug: I'm trying to make a 7x7 map for my town but occasionally maps will change to random pictures. This generally happens after logging off.
Evidence of Bug:
Additional information: The map pictured in the first image originally fit onto the map in the 2nd picture but I logged off with it in my inventory and it changed to what it is now.
