Although the server goes down rarely, it would be nice to have some form of indication on the Meep website that the server is down. Not everyone has/checks discord, and often times there is no indication on discord either, leaving players lost/asking everyone on discord "server down?"
The solution could be as easy as a red banner or similar on the website that certain staff could toggle with a simple checkbox or something similar. I am sure there are ways to automatically detect, but I would assume this would be easier to implement.
Another solution would be to require a staff member to make an announcement in discord, but as I said above, not everyone has discord and it would keep some people out of the loop.
