I am suggesting that we add premade titles that go before the rank tag, and can be bought through the server shop, or be earned as a result of voting. In addition, voting will give 500 meebles per site (instead of 1000 per site) and the voting key rate will be halved (so 2 keys per day would be ideal). Final part of this suggestion. A "key" of sorts will be added to the vote crate, 1% odds. This key can be used to purchase one of the premade titles that will be implemented if this suggestion is accepted.
...and now onto why this should be accepted.
I'll start with voting, and why the amount per day and vote key rate should be dropped. Currently, at 1k a day, people can buy a god pickaxe and half a diamond armor set, along with some food and blocks - for doing practically nothing. Now, from a server standpoint where we want people to vote for the server, a meeble reward is ideal - which is why I'm not suggesting we remove it, just lower it so it doesn't allow people to just vote instead of actually play on the server. Now, the /warp crate system is already a good enough incentive to get players to vote for the server, and the meeble payment just helps to further push people to vote. But, with players getting 1-2 keys per vote, the value and worth of these keys that unlock overpowered items, is going down. By making the keys more rare, and adding premade titles to the vote crate, we give the voting keys more value, AND give people more incentive to vote for the server.
Next, I'll go into what needs to be made by techs for such a suggestion to be implemented.
- First, a custom vote key needs to be added to /warp crate 's voting crate
- Second, a command that pulls up a gui, with title suggestions must be made
- Next, a plugin must be made that links the selection from the gui, to a title that appears before the player's name
- Additionally, another option in the gui should open a second page, which would allow players to choose the color of their title
- Finally, another section should be added to the server shop to promote more people donating to the server
I believe that sums up the suggestion, why we should implement it, and what it entails coding wise.
To continue, I will brainstorm some premade titles that could be implemented, so that this requires the minimum effort for implementation. These are open to changes and suggestions:

Now I will address somethings I believe I forgot to address.
Players can only have one title active at once. Colors will be completely free, and every color should be allowed. This will become almost as common as the other text prefixes we have in chat (such as the "(G/WORLD)[Rank]Name: ...." So it would not further spam chat, than the server already spams chat
Instead, the names would look like:
(G/WORLD)[Premade Title][Rank]Name: ...
