That looks like too much work... so, you're saying if one of the staff members listed resigns or is gone for reasons, you're going to keep ontop of the texture and who is involved in it?

It hasn't been approved, and it hasn't gone through the channels. They're more than welcome to create it of course, but it's not likely to be implemented at this point in time. Anyways, I don't think that the current MeepCraft texture pack modifies mobs much, if at all... and while the idea is cool, I don't think that modifying that would be something that the administration staff would want to implement as a default texture pack.
