lanekids40 So I was wondering weather or not members who have not been banned could fill out and submit a ban appeal turns out you canlanekids40 - Ban Appealso I was wondering if a new forum group could be made like supermod and helper but they wouldn't be staff and it would say "banned" because as someone who has never been banned I shouldn't be able to submit it and like staff applications you would need to meet some requirements to submit it. For example the "banned" tag .
OKNEM This wouldn't really work without a link between forums and in-game, and accessing ban information via forums is [probably] not the easiest thing to do. I think the staff would rather take the time to auto-deny ban appeals with no validity rather than the techs spending time developing a new link. They've got more important things to be doing. I'm a little more open about forum bans however, perhaps a bot or something of the sort could auto-deny invalid ban appeals? Just my two cents.
CluelessKlutz The way ban appeals work, threads and messages on ban appeals are not visible to normal users until approved by a Supermod or higher. It takes 5 seconds or less to delete troll appeals using this system, meaning it works perfectly fine as it is already.
DarkKnight49x u could have asked a staff member about this u knowwould have been easier rather than going through the trouble of making a fake ban appeal to test it out and then with the staff having to delete the thread

Techs have much more important things to do and spending hours coding something for banned players (people that aren't even allowed to play anymore) shouldn't be anywhere near the top of the priority list on the list of things to do.
