Bug: SB shout tax

Date of Bug: Since like the beginning of this month
Summary of Bug: So you get charged sb money for shouting too much. When the shout message says that you need meebles to get charged. Or that 100 meebles were removed. Meebles. "MEEBLES." Not sb money. Clue said that shout tax should have been removed a while ago in sb but its not. Pls fix.
