Hey there Mow, I see that you've applied quite a few times for a number of roles but don't see any particular improvement in the application each time.
Throughout this application you have hardly talked about yourself and from reading it, I don't get an understanding of who you are away from Meep. Even if you think adding a sentence or two about being involved in a sport or a band is boring, it does reveal a lot about yourself and shows that you have skills that are necessary for being a member of staff, etc. teamwork or organisational skills.
With a lot of your answers, you need to expand and give more reasoning behind that particular point. This will show that you are able to take on a responsibility and are able to execute this, if needed.
For example:
* 'help the server build up its player-base' - How will you build up player numbers?
* 'help those new players know their way around the server by helping them any way I can' - In what ways will you help them?
Your weaknesses need to be personal and true to who you are. This doesn't mean 'making an 84 plot mansion at my legend outpost' but rather like you did for the last point. To add on from this, you can always talk about how, like I previously said, you can overcome and address these points.
I think if you were to apply again, if this application was to be unsuccessful, I would try to spend more time in writing it and sell yourself more. Tell staff how YOU would really make a difference to the staff team and why YOU are best suited to the job. As @OKNEM has said, take up someones offer to help you on writing your application. There should be no shame in asking for help, I even asked @EllieEllie on how to go about writing an application and for her to check it before submitting.
I hope that you take time to read my advice and take it seriously. For the time being I am going to leave it as a -1 but that shouldn't stop you from giving up hope on your next application, if you decide to. Good luck!!

I'm seconding everything said here. Your introduction and why you should be helper section put together are as long as your weakness section.
If this application is unsuccessful and you decide to apply again further down the line, I suggest compiling all of your hobbies, all of your experience, personality traits and things that make you unique in a bullet pointed list and then constructing an application from that. This way, you will have things to base sections off and you'll really be able to explore each of your personal attributes that you think will make you desirable to the staff team. For one, you are definitely determined and I never see you give up on something when you put your mind to it. I know this because I've seen how you are with applications, with your builds and your music. I don't see you talk about this in your application though and other people may not know you as well. You need to give a thorough explanation on why you think you can be a good addition to the team, not just stating what you'd like to do and including little information. I think your determination would definitely help, so I'm just sad you've not fully sold yourself here.

I'm really glad you want the server to gain more players and you're ready to welcome the new ones, but the way you have worded this is basically saying "I want to be Helper so I can help people". Anyone can do that already without a tag. You need to explain why being a Helper would enable you to go the extra mile for those players and where you hope your ambitions will take you with it. Do you want to be a Helper so you can start your journey in the staff team and help make decisions and improvements so the server can be the best it can be? Or do you just want to be there to say hello? (Not that that is a bad thing, but I'm not going to +1 someone who I think will just be another body with no substance)
I also want to Make sure the chat is safe 24/7/365 days a year since at night-time it's quite toxic and that's usually when I'm on.

You can also take action on this without a tag, if you notice this happening then make a player report about said people. I know it isn't immediate action, but everything you've mentioned, you can do as a regular player.
Last point, your grammar is honestly atrocious. I suggest getting someone to edit your applications or putting it into a word document and paying attention to the red squiggles.
