Removing a server advert

I find it funny that there's a server advert that says pretty much that there's staff online 24/7 when in reality there's, not one on all the time I think it should be removed because and I quote sir topam hat from Thomas the train... "You have caused confusion and delay"

You do realize we have less than 100 players online every day (correct me if I'm wrong), so of course there wouldn't be staff online 24/7. They too have their own lives to deal with.

Remove the advert as it's totally wrong. Staff aren't online 24/7.

Staff are trained ninjas, always watching when you expect it the least. Seriously, it just a matter a single phrase, plus staff members communicate to be as active and efficient as possible.
And if a staff member ain't on while a modreq is submitted, it'll just be answered by mail.
It's not a big issue.

Does it really matter though? I think it's a nice way to phrase it, but I doubt too many people will dig deep enough to get to technicalities. It's just a nice saying for an ad, few are going to crack down on it and be complain about how it may not be actually 24 hours, or what 'available' means.

I think Lord's phrase works well, but I don't mind the current one either. Honestly, I don't see the big deal in changing it.

The reason people want it changed is that some people do complain about it, even if it's a silly issue that's not really worth the time. You'll see complaints when staff aren't online usually, late at night. Mostly, though, it's just a joke lots of us share on the server that the staff aren't on at that moment as the advertisement promised.

Meepcraft is not 7/11, we don't need 24hr staff, nor do we have it, so I guess just change it to something around the lines of "feel free to contact a staff anytime and we'll get to you asap"

I feel like when I need staff most is at night when no staff is on and that can be Really annoying if... E.g. Big mama Q is blowing up legend with hacks and no one can help or stop her since no staff is on....

They technically are actually online 24/7, due to what I know from last being staff ;) There was an update with slack where staff are able to see if theres a modreq on, which is what should be made by a player if any trouble is occurring in any chat. Gotta screenshot, then make the modreq, and staff within slack will see the modreq and will either try to get on or get someone else to get on. Its what I did most of my time when I couldn't get on, needed to get that modreq count up :D
