You're a really nice, bubble, charismatic meeper. You'e also knowledgable as you've had previous experience on the team. But the fact that you did leak sets it down a little. I know you've probably learnt from your mistake which is good but if you do get on the team just try not to make any other mistakes, it's worse the second time.

Hey Megan,
I like your application, it was nicely done. I know that you tried to address things regarding your demotion, but what you are saying is not realistic. So first, you are thinking about preparing for college and doing a serious study there. (I hope) That is very great to hear from you! Yet, you can play five to seven hours of Minecraft every day, in addition to your studies and hanging out with your friends? It just doesn't add up for me, unless you are not spending that much time in your studies or if you are taking a really easy course (which is none of my business), or if you are not getting enough sleep. Either way, that is not a good way to spend time as a staff member, and I'm afraid that you are going to be exhausted and will not be able to do your work well.
Regarding your work, from the last time you were staff, I hate to say this but you did not leave much of an impression. It looked like you were always a bit moody and emotional. You still have anxiety as one of your weaknesses, and that makes me hesitant. What do you have in mind that only you can contribute to the server?
Concerning your demotion, you need to realize that it's been only three months since. I personally would never want anyone with a leaking history on staff team ever again, since leaking impedes the progress of this server by causing unnecessary drama and even more confusion. I like your efforts to address it but "realizing it as purely stupid" isn't enough of an explanation to be given a third chance, if any explanation would be worth another chance, in my opinion.

Unless you can drastically improve on your anxiety, and give a solid explanation as to how leaking will never happen again under your watch, I have no reasons to support you for a staff position.

To tell someone to just "work on anxiety" is so much easier said than done, it's nothing she can just magically change overnight, and perhaps not even over a couple of years. Depending on how bad your anxiety it can take control of everyday actions/thoughts etc.

Regardless, I do not know enough of this leak situation so I'll keep out of it but use towards an assessment, from what I know you seem sweet from small conversations in-game, I have not been around long enough(these days) to say you have been helping, but I'll take the other players word for it, also the fact you reached staff last time, that being said this little leak situation seems to have gotten out of hand, I do hope it was sorted out. At this point in time I am sure you'll do fine this time given the chance.+Support

I am on call with him 24/7 when we were online. I never said anything in chat because I was telling him irl to stop. there has also been instances he has done and I have told him in chat, I'm not ignoring him, I'm telling him elsewhere from meep and he didn't acknowledge what I said and thus the ban was taken in place.

So for instance your get staff and your the only one online and Magnoot starts acting up. You are just going to talk to him outside of meep? What if he doesn't stop, are you going to ban him?

Either way you have to convince the staff team that you are willing to handle that or you really can't do the job.

as staff previously I have kicked Magnoot and I will talk to him in game as well as out of meep so he is aware that I shan't be biased just because of our relationship, I wouldn't hesitate to do the necessary just as long as I have the clear evidence that he is worthy of the ban that I give him if so

You being staff and moderating Magnoot is the definition of a bias. For example you looking at "clear evidence that he is worth of the ban" is the problem because clear evidence and how to handle punishment a judgement decision which you are bias to. That is not to say that you couldn't handle dealing with someone you don't know but it is highly doubtful that you could handle dealing with a friend. So I guess what I'm trying to say is while Magnoot is banned there may not be a problem with you being staff but if he gets unbanned you become a liability to the staff team.

I don't think you understand what I'm saying, the idea that you, "shan't hesitate to ban him if the issues occur, so long as there is the evidence that a ban needs to be", is flawed. Specifically, "a ban needs", is true and also means that a staff member needs to use judgement which you are impaired in, because it is impossible for you to separate the fact that you are dating with the need to punish. So again I saw as long as that situation doesn't arise who cares but it will happen and you will be impaired in your judgement of the situation meaning you should not be a member of the staff team.

Agreed to be a ref about two months ago. Over time, my opinion has changed. Based on replies from figures such as @reggles44, @Courtneyyy and @Natsu, I'm not so sure your 'previous mistakes' are as subtle I first thought they were. I didn't know you were leaking staff info, which really upsets me. Breaking someone's trust, especially people on the staff team, is a big thing and doing it twice can't be overlooked so easily. Although you are a very good figure in chat and online, from what I've seen it's not the best idea to have you back on the staff team.

I knew you pretty well. Now I feel like I don't.

My vote is +/-, leaning towards -1.
