Denied for the following reasons:
- Popularity and toxicity are not necessarily inversely proportional to each other.
- Matters individual ban appeals only increase community toxicity if the community becomes involved.
- Staff spend a lot of time on ban appeals for good reason and are more than capable of handling the appeals.
- No admin is in favor of the suggestion.
