1) Remove the current lotto system entirely
2) Add back that lotto we had in july 2015 or some time like that (buy lotto tickets until you win, the amount of tickets required to win varies)
3) Fix the algorithm so that it doesn't follow a general trend (a lot of the time if a higher meeble prize is won the next one will be won prematurely; make it so it's a random value within a set parameter each time (will explain later)
4) For the ticket costs, reduce them by 80% (300 Meebles --> 60 Meebles)
5) For rewards: Reduce Gold Ingot Reward by 60% (18 Gold Ingot --> 7 Gold Ingots)
6) Jackpot Amount: The starting amount for the jackpot is reduced by 80% (75,000 Meebles --> 15,000 Meebles). The parameters for the jackpot amount is = (15,000 75,000 (No previous cap)).
7) Daily Tickets: Make the daily ticket claim give you 5 tickets instead of one, and increase this amount by 1 for each rank up, with +5 tickets for ultimates (Ultimates = 15 Daily, Supreme = 10 Daily, Elite = 9, Exl = 8, Prem = 7, VIP = 6, Cit = 5)
8) Jackpot increment: Each ticket will only add 25 meebles to the pot. Free Tickets will add 15 meebles to the pot. The jackpot will only hit if the randomly generated number is reached or exceeded.
Basically, the average amount for a jackpot is 45,000 meebles ((min+max )/2 and this will require 1,200 tickets to be bought, resulting in a gross loss of 27,000 meebles before payment of the average jackpot. Thus, the gold rate for tickets should be approximately 3%, giving about 12,600 meebles in gold ingots. The overall meeble sink will only increase if the jackpot goes above the average.
