Introduction: Hello, (sorry I won't put my name down for security purposes) If you don't know me that ok if you do that's fine too I originality joined looking for a server to branch my legs instead of being on prison servers all the time.
I've recently been using some wording programs to step up my typing and my ability to type more correctly instead of having constant errors (ill put that I have below in extra info) because people keep telling me that I need to work on my spelling.
I grew up in Originally in Bend, OR and my family started a small business there and we eventually moved to Portland, OR to be closer to the downtown, and family, after that we bought a plane and started our International Dealings, and are making a bakery in Paris if it works out. I've recently, started getting sucked into Anime and Expeshaly Attack on Titan books Also I play piano and make my own music.

Why should you be Helper? I have played since 2011 and know my way around the server quite well and have made a lot of friends and a few enemies but overall it's a really fun server that I want to contribute to the best of my ability by helping out players in need and helping new players get settled in the server, Because when I came on it was a little confusing seeing that there were tea party's at that old stone slab spawn, I have always wanted a staff position in any form so I can contribute to the server in any way possible whether it's from yelling at a hacker all the way to finding out who made that hole in the ground. I have always seen that people look at the staff team as a place for help and as a player, I want to be there to help, help those who are in trouble from crafting to finding out where they put that cake I want to help all in need instead of sitting around bored all day and just running around with nothing to do, I want to be productive for a change and bring a change to the server.

What are your weaknesses? My fear of failure is what I hate and I really just don't like giving up this includes my town failing that I put a lot of pride and work into making it so pretty and to suit my needs.

(this one is for fun) Having people let go of balloons, Well when I was 8 I got a balloon and on accident I let it go after desperately not letting go of it in a car with windows open for an 8-hour car ride and of course... when you get home my fingers slipped and well I had a 9 hour crying fit over it and ever since I HATE seeing people let go of balloons

I know that references aren't normally a massive part of an app, but you'd probably want more than one, and definitely more than one if the only one is going to be BooBear. Also wouldn't include the bracketed comments. It's supposed to be a formal application. Write it like you're applying for a job!

There's some decent information here, but it's scattered all over the place and it's hard to put it all together. An introduction is supposed to tell us about you. So tell us about you! What's your name? What do you like? Are you part of anything particularly interesting or important that we should know about? I know you've put some of this down but it's too vague and needs more work.

This pretty much tells us nothing but 'I want to help people' stretched out for a paragraph. We understand that you want to help the server, and that you have a lot of experience on the server, and that's pretty much a given for any application at all. This section needs to be expanded on. Tell us what your strengths are! What can you bring to the staff team that we don't already have? Put some more information in here.

I nearly didn't bother reading this paragraph. What are your weaknesses? Everyone has a weakness, and everyone can improve on themselves. No one is perfect! This needs to be expanded. Also, would you put 'I don't like people letting go of balloons' on an application for a real job? I don't think so.

Overall, I can see your effort put in here and there, but it's not enough. I'm sticking with a -1 for now.

So this application is definitely better than the one that I've seen in the past. There are still some grammatical errors that I see, but it's definitely an improvement. I noted that you mentioned that you "have always wanted a staff position in any form" and that's wonderful and all, but you never really mentioned why you would be an exceptional addition to the team. Given the size of the moderation side of the MeepStaff, I think that being "above average" is incredibly important, and the application didn't really convince me of that. But as I said before, I have definitely seen an improvement in application formatting... but I still don't think that this application is quite up to par with expectations.

I've seen you in-game a little but I have heard mixed things from people. I don't have enough experience talking with you to hold a reliable opinion on this.

I see that you've been active in the community on the forums, and that's good. I don't really have much more to say on the subject.

I haven't really ever talked to you on Discord... and when I ask individual members of the community about you, I don't really hear anything exceptionally stupendous. I would like to see you as a more prominent member of the community before submitting applications for staff.

I'm incredibly undecided on this application. Unfortunately, you haven't really given me a great reason to fully support this application... so I can't really endorse you. I wish you luck on this application, but if it doesn't go through, I would recommend three things. 1) Clean up your application and work on your communication skills so that you might be able to clearly convey your thoughts; 2) Become a more prominent member of the community by becoming more well-known globally (and become well-known by being positive... don't become infamous); 3) Find something about yourself that is exceptional, and use that in your next application (and your everyday life on Meep).

Hi Mow!

The app still has a lot of grammatical issues, though I absolutely love the effort you put in to try to change that, by using wording programs. It shows initiative. However, the application was pretty weak aswell. Try developing the Why section a little more. You're a fun and good person, but I would like to see that section and the introduction improved a little.

So, just from your intro, this barely tells me anything. The punctuation and spelling is something you seriously need to work on.

Personally, I don't think you actually fully understand what to do as a staff member. Despite the numerous amount of times applying. It's not just calling out a hacker or using Prism to find out who made a hole in the ground, it takes time and effort to contribute to the server in any position.

You mentioned you used grammarly to help your english. And I mean this in no offense, it still needs work. You might want to work on it a little more so that people will be able to understand you 100% clearly if you answer modreqs.

I'm concerned about the weakness section because I doubt you have only one weakness, and overall your application seemed rushed and effortless. Try working on it during the day instead of at 2am, it'll make a big difference.

Your application needs more. Especially (this is how this word is spelled as well) in the Why section. I advise you look at Courtney's helper application guide (I made my application directly off of it). Presenting yourself phenomenally in your application can make people overlook past mistakes or fallacies you've made, so make sure your app is amazing!

You should also look into adding more into your weakness section, you have more than one weakness (all of us do). Take a while and think what you like, and what you hate. Beyond helping you come to ends with yourself, you will also find what you hate can also bring out a weakness in yourself (for instance, i hate when people abuse gray areas in rules. So, in my application I mentioned being able to lose my cool in specific situations) and then how I've worked on trying to fix them. If you are nervous that putting something in your application's weakness section, then you should work on it for some time until you are confident you've overcome it. Basically, add more weaknesses, and how you are working on/finished working on this weakness.

Also, try to get more references, while they aren't required, having friends as references can sometimes have people offer to read over your application so you get feedback before posting. (I think I had three people read over mine and give feedback).

The only other thing I want to bring up is a case a while back, when you were hosting concerts.

A few people criticized / insulted you, and you didn't take it very well. I haven't been on discord or talked to you lately, but make sure you can take criticism, because that happens all the time as a staff member.

You are not fit for staff in any way, shape, or form. Let me first discuss the major thing that troubles me. You are extremely immature. There's many people on meep that are immature, but when I think of the subject, your name comes to mind at the top of the list. Whenever you're online, I see you making stupid jokes and being an idiot. I have yet to see you helping nor contributing to the server at all. Next, it's not a great move to revise your app after you've submitted it. Are you going to send in a job application, and then send them an email saying 'Whoops let me add more to that'? No, that's not how it works. Yes, it's not an auto deny, but it shows that you aren't prepared in the first place. When I was staff, I had to deal with you countless times, and none of them were good things. Yes, it was quite a bit of time ago now, but you haven't shown any change in that matter. There's so many things wrong with you and this application, and I could go on for hours about how you being accepted is a terrible, terrible idea. However, I'm not going to waste my time. So to cut to the chase, I am not, nor will not in a million years giving you a +1. You have been longing for the authority and tag for so long at this point that it's so obvious and sad. Take some time to understand that not everyone is fit for the position. I am a stronger -1 for this app than I am for the worst troll app.
