Hiya! It takes a lot of courage to apply for staff, and I'm very happy to see that you'd like to be more involved with the server and with the community. I do, however, want you to know that everything I post here is for the purpose of encouraging you to keep striving to be a better Meeper, regardless of what the staff end up deciding. With this in mind, I'll jump right in to the application at hand:
Application: +0
You definitely have enthusiasm, and I appreciate your application for that reason. I felt like I learned about you as a person IRL, and that's always a good thing to have in an application. However, I didn't see much in regard to your past experiences, especially concerning the defense for why you believe that you should be a Helper. Being social is absolutely wonderful! However, I didn't feel like I got a good grasp of specific examples detailing why you are qualified to be a Helper.
In-Real-Life: +0
I haven't really talked to you that much in Discord or outside of the game, so I can't really give an opinion on this one. Though, you haven't stood out to me as someone who is a troublemaker or whatever, so that's always good.
In-Game: +0
You haven't really stood out to me as being super active in-game, but that could be just because you and I have been on at different times. On the other hand, I also haven't really heard anything negative. I think what concerns me a wee bit is the ability (or lack thereof) to be online consistently (as noted in your application).
Forums: -1
The forums are super important to the culture of MeepCraft... and I have not seen you too incredibly active on them until very recently (starting this past Sunday, in fact). I would highly recommend that each Meeper fully integrates themselves into the forums for the sake of continuity. I think I'd like to see you more active in more aspects of the community before taking on MeepStaff responsibilities.
Conclusion and Recommendation: -1
I'm quite sure that you are a very kind and enthusiastic Meeper. Be that as it may, I have two main points to speak about in regard to your application. Firstly, it's rough to be a staff member if you don't feel that you're going to be super active (due to IRL commitments or otherwise). Secondly, I didn't really find that your application or involvement (in-game or otherwise) stood out to me as "remarkable." If you have the opportunity to submit another application in the future, I would recommend that you find some (positive) way to stand out from your peers.
Again, thank you very much for applying, and I wish you the best of luck.
