I mean, MeepCraft has had its ups and downs. It's definitely been worse off than it is now. I was in high staff (an Overseer, when we had those ranks) when MeepCraft was briefly MeepNetworks, and that was terrible--a lot of us up and quit, and there was a mass staff exodus. And there was drama everywhere.
Nowadays, we may not have as many active members as we used to, but it seems to have calmed down quite a bit. And the current staff have done a wonderful job keeping MeepCraft "modern" so there's a plus. This server is still home, and is still the first place I recommend to new Minecraft players.
