Bug: my halo level, still, is broken

Date of Bug: For a long time now
Summary of Bug: My halo level is stuck at level 8 no matter what I've done, i can level up, but it just pops back down to 8, and my /stats are broken too, not too happy about this.
Evidence of Bug:
Additional information: This to me makes me mad. Its been a while sense i first reported this to a mod, sense then I've told 3 other mods, 2 techs, and posted it on forums, even before this, so please, help me fix this bug
