riri30 Some people might consider this useless, but I believe staff applications should be read by a staff member before they are posted to the public. This would take care of salty staff applications with rude language, and troll applications. It only takes a second for a staff member to read.
Courtneyyy "Reading them" requires them to go through moderation which means they need to be approved. We used to have that but in my opinion it shouldn't because if we have to wait for a mod+ to get online and approve it that's dumb. Much like comments on applications we should trust each and everyone of you not to be stupid and post things that are irrelevant. Staff shouldn't have to moderate every aspect of this forums we already do on appeals but apps shouldn't have this.
Natsu Post stupid things, get stupid comments. No need for staff to waste time reviewing stupid content when the community can.
SuperDyl I agree with Natsu: usually the community review the application and person, giving tips and opinions, before the staff pick it up and make decisions. This seems not just helpful to the applicant, but to staff as well.
