Chaos, I think you're a very nice girl and I think you're a very good person to have on staff, just not right now.
Here's my issue:
I barely see you in game now and I understand that you have real life conflicts and everything like that but, as for now +0
You're amazing but, I really would like to see you in game more.

First off, +1 and good luck with the interview if you get it. Second, I was going to just skip over and say +1 anyway, but I felt you deserve our time since you dedicated yours to type and it is a great application. Third:
I type formally anyway, (like 98% of the time) but that's just a part of who I am. I don't think it's a bad thing or a problem, if anything it's a good thing that you type more formally when you're nervous because you can really pin down what you want to get across that way. It's a better reaction than garbling your words when nervous, so I'd say it's more advantageous than anything.
Again, good app, good person, good help, and I think you can really grow through being a helper. You already plan on working on your weaknesses and I believe you truly can overcome these obstacles.

Like I said, I am working on it. I'm only shy when I first meet someone, but if I start talking and getting to know them, I really open up. Just ask SerAngela (just Angela on the forums) or MoKat, I had a very lengthy and pleasant conversation with them the other day.

However, I do appreciate your concerns. I hope I was able to put some of them to rest.

+1 great app. i have seen you in game lots you are very mature and have taught people and helped people straiten your their applications to help better them selves. i appreciate that quality of yours. Your shyness explains why i may have never seen you or heard you in teamspeak.

Application was great. The only thing that I think could help you would be your activity.
Staff members who are very helpful are on at all different times, this gets you to know more people and be able to help different people than just the same people all the time. Otherwise I think your a great fit for Helper. Good luck.
