Ok, now for the actual analysis part. Your application is incredibly weak, containing almost no relevant information other than your name and that you love to help, which I still wouldn't consider relevant. Expand on every single point you made. I want to get the sense that I actually know who you are and how you'll benefit the community, not just that you "love you help". On top of this, I have never once seen you in game. You need to make yourself well known throughout the community. You have also been playing for under 2 weeks as of when I'm posting this. Take time to familiarize yourself with all the in game commands, which I doubt you would have been able to pick up so quickly. There's also your lack of forums activity. Forums are a huge part of being a staff member, so I suggest you figure them out properly first.

Overall, I'm a -1. Your application in general just lacked any kind of effort whatsoever. Please take this criticism to actually improve. It's not meant to be offensive, but rather a means to improve oneself.

1. I think it's far too early to go from player to staff member.
2. References are meant to be other players who can tell a little bit about you.
3. Far too informal and short.
4. By weakness, they mean actual weakness, not weird things like that.
5. You really need to talk more about yourself, not something brief.

These are just a small few out of many.
I feel as if at this time you haven't gotten to know what a helper does or the expectations that come along with it. This isn't a bad thing, but your just on the launching pad for now. I suggest to go through the applications I said above and to also wander through the accepted section. Also, observe staff members in game to see what type of duties they preform publicly. If you have any questions for a staff member, I'm sure they'd be glad to assist you and give you more information.

In addition to that, I wanted to quickly say those aren't real weaknesses. A weakness wouldn't be I'm not a good pvper or I can't handle spicy foods. A weakness would be something that can prevent you from doing your job or might make you struggle. Some weaknesses are:

Immature
Emotional
Controllsive
Anti Social

Hey Jay.
I'm just a flat out -1. You made a modreq about what to do next after you made your forums account and got the permissions to finally access the application form. I mailed you, since you weren't online, on what to do next, specifically stating to actually give it time and be helpful before you apply. But you applied. This, to me, looks like a sad way to actually try to get helper. Look at other staff applications, both accepted and denied to actually understand what to write rather than just stating "Bee, lions, bear" are your weakness. Also, you should not put yourself as a reference. References are people who agree to vouch for you for the things you say. And if you apply in the future, which you most likely will. DO NOT use random people and put them as your reference, cause you need their permission to do so.
You just joined literally a week ago. Actually take the time and effort to make yourself look as if you'd be an excellent candidate to become a staff member.

Okay so this is a weak introduction, a introduction for me is where you tell people who may not have seen you in game before who you are, why you love meep craft, how you found meep, what you do in your spare time etc. We want to be able to get to know you as a person in this section and sometimes its good to remember The more detail the better.

Why should you be Helper? Because i love to help people and things!

Okay so yes it is good to love to help, but this section here is where the most detail needs to come in, try adding some sub-headings, for example: Dedication, Experience, Location etc. Bare in mind you have all the resources provided for you, you can look at old accepted applications and old denied applications to get a feel of what to do and not to do. You need to really explain to us here why you want to be staff on the server, what drives you.

So this section should be used for weaknesses such as Maturity, Availability, etc. you should also explain here how you feel you could over come this if accepted.

Also, your references should be people on the server who you have spoke to and they are willing to give their word that you would be a good staff member.

So yeah, unfortunately this is a -1 from me but work on the things that not only i have said but the people before and after me and im sure you will do great.

Hey there Jay!
First off I'd just like to mention that in my opinion, I feel that your app was incredibly weak, you have the basis sorted, but you need to elaborate on your weaknesses and your aspirations on why you would like to become helper, you are going off to a great start you're just lacking so much in the detail and depth within the questions asked in the app layout. take some time and think about it, you don't even need to write the whole thing from scratch and blob it onto the questions, make a word document with the questions and take weeks if not months to think about it fully and adding more and more until you feel there is simply no more you could add without overlapping what you have written. if you ever need any help with upcoming applications message me on forums or in-game and we can have a chat about the basis on what you will need to complete in order to become a fulfilling candidate for the staff team! and I can roll out some basic things on how you can help communicate with the community and help boost your chances at staff.

Another thing I'd like to mention is that I've never actually seen you in-game, whether that be time zones I don't know. but feel free to pop up to me if you happen to see me online and I'll be there if you need any questions answered. Good luck with this and future applications, Jay!

I have same weaknesses yet this is seeming as a joke and this needs to be serious and taken seriously. If you are seriously looking for a spot on the staff team i would wait a bit and stay more active and mature in this 'wonderful' community.

Just to be brutally honest with you, this is one of the weakest applications I have seen. You've almost included every cheesy phrase in this to go for Helper.

Let me just list some simple, yet obvious flaws.
- Lying about your age (Profile says 10 yrs, app says 13)
- Weaknesses arent even weaknesses. Look like fears + what you don't like.
- You only joined about 15 days ago. Take a few months to get used to the server, then reapply.
- Intro is supposed to tell us to bit about yourself. Not a description of what a normal player would put in global to be a "helping person".
- Why section literally tells us NOTHING. You need to explain, in as much detail as possible, why you should have this position as staff.

To go into more depth, I'm just gonna start off with the Age issue here. Just be honest about it. I can already tell your true age just from the way you type. I too lied about my age and said I was 15 when I was only 11. Kind of "wears out" the starting trust with you.

To talk about application-length and what you should include: Check out the "Accepted" forum of the website. Look at the applications and see what they did to make their application a glowing star. Now, I'm not saying to copy their work. But try to have the sort of "format" that they have. Especially in the "Why" section.

For now, -1. You need to improve a whole ton before applying.
