Most everyone has gone through the Towns Tutorial quest. At the end, it automatically runs /request for you. Great idea in theory, not so much in practice. How many times have you tried adding someone to your town only to find it was forced from the quest?
Instead, it should strongly encourage the user to run the command, but not force it. If a new player completed the quest without reading the chat, that is a feat unto itself, so those who complete the quest will certainly see the encouragement to run the command. Thanks for reading!
